ITF Eireann Shine at the ITF Midlands Open Championships 2009 East coast Taekwon-do along with Kinsale Taekwon-do led the charge of ITF Eireann at the recent Midlands ITF Open. East Coast Taekwon-Do Grading October 24th 2008 Mount Merrion |
On a cold and dark October evening, students of all ages and grades
gathered in Mount Merrion to test their skills. With an atmosphere more
akin to that preceding a school exam various patterns were revised,
three steps and two steps dissected and techniques polished in
anticipation of the grading to come. Hovering in the corner, the
ominous specter of the destruction holder and various breaking boards
hinting at some of the testing in store. |
