East Coast Taekwon-Do Grading October 24th 2008 Mount Merrion |
On a cold and dark October evening, students of all ages and grades
gathered in Mount Merrion to test their skills. With an atmosphere more
akin to that preceding a school exam various patterns were revised,
three steps and two steps dissected and techniques polished in
anticipation of the grading to come. Hovering in the corner, the
ominous specter of the destruction holder and various breaking boards
hinting at some of the testing in store.

Colour belt Grading March 2008 |
A colour belt grading was held in the Divine Word School on 27th March 2008, forty two students from East Coast schools in Wicklow, Newtown, Bray, Total Fitness and the Divine word were examinied. Examiners Mr James Whelan and Mr Mick Whelan were happy with the standard, all students passed.
